Ideas come when you’re fishing! Fumbling with a jig on a cold, dark January evening, Doug Erbeck had a great idea. Why not make a jig that’s easy threading? A recently retired animal pathologist, Doug turned to his son-in-law Marty Stone to make this great idea a reality.
Marty already owned a company that made products for people with disabilities. Marty, who also loves to fish, could see that an easy threading jig could help all people who enjoy fishing. Fisherbeck, LLC was born. Fisherbeck Easy Threading Jigs continues to offer more colors and different sizes.
